Why Graded?
Graded In More Detail…
Grade A –
- May have sustained package damage in the supply chain
- Consumer changed their mind
- Missing manufacturers packaging
- Incorrectly ordered by the consumer
- These items will NOT have had any use whatsoever and have NO cosmetic marks
- These items will be covered with a minimum of 12 MONTHS warranty
Grade B –
- Missing manufacturers packaging
- Cosmetic marks caused by supply chain
- Returned by the consumer due to cosmetic marks
- May be missing some accessories and manual (Manual can be downloaded and sent via email)
- These items will NOT have had any use whatsoever but will have cosmetic marks which will be described fully in the product listing
- These items will be covered with a minimum of 12 MONTHS warranty
Grade C –
- Missing manufacturers packaging
- Cosmetic marks caused by supply chain
- Return by the consumer due to cosmetic marks
- Will be missing accessories and manual (Manual can be downloaded and sent via email)
- Returned due to a fault with the appliance which has now been rectified
- These item WILL have had some previous use and will have cosmetic marks which will be described fully in the product listing
- These items will be covered with 6 MONTHS warranty
